What is the situation of the campsite ? The 4 star campsite in Ardèche is located 4 km from Les vans and 500 m from the river le Chassezac. Its surface area is 4 hectares and has 122 pitches. GPS coordinates : N 44° – 24′ 34″ – E 04° – 10′ 3″
In case of late arrival? Any late arrival must be imperatively reported so that we can make the necessary arrangements to your reception on site.
Are you Vacaf labeled? No, we are not Vacaf labeled. Guests must pay the balance and at the end of their stay we will give them a statement of stay.
How can I book ? You can reserve directly on the online site or print the rental contract and after filling it in, send it to us by mail. In both cases, you will be asked for 30% of the amount of your rental as a deposit.
What means of payment do you accept? We accept credit cards, checks, cashes, vacation checks for the payment of your stay at the campsite as well as at the Snack/Bar and at the Auberge de Chanaleilles.
What is the cancellation insurance ?Optional insurance to be taken out when signing the reservation contract. It guarantees for the subscriber and the persons registered for the stay, the reimbursement in case of cancellation due to serious illness, serious accident, death, economic redundancy ….
Do you have a washing machine ? Yes, the campsite has a washing machine (you have a coin-operated machine, 5€ or 6€ the machine).

What is the nearest train station ? The nearest train stations are Alés, 40 km, about 45min and Montelimar, about 70 km, 1 h 15.
What is the size of a camping pitch? We have 2 sizes of pitches : the medium pitch 80m2 and the large pitch 90m2.
Is there a place for my car on my pitch ? Each pitch can accommodate one vehicle. If you come with a second vehicle, you will be invited to park it on the parking lot located at the entrance of the campsite.
Are visitors accepted ? We welcome your family or your friends who wish to visit you during the vacations. They will have to present themselves at the reception upon their arrival. Their cars must stay outside the campsite. If they want to spend the night, they will be declared as an extra person.
Are pets allowed in the campsite/rental accommodation? The animals are accepted in the campsite and in the rentals except for the mobile homes Taos, TAOS Premium and TAOS Twin Premium (7€ per night in high season (July-August) and 3€ in low season), they must be vaccinated and tattooed, kept on a leash in the campsite and you must show the vaccination booklet the day of your arrival at the campsite.
Are all the pitches equipped with an electric connection ? Yes there is a electric connection, 10 amps.
Which electric plugs should be provided ? There must be a European plug, on sale at the reception 15€ each.

Can we have water on each pitch ? You can’t have water on each pitch but you have water in both sanitary blocks of the campsite. Are barbecues allowed on the pitches? As the campsite is located in a high fire risk area, only gas barbecues are allowed on the pitches.
Is the campsite guarded ? In high season, a security service is present on the campsite at night. Can we rent refrigerators ? You can’t rent refrigerators at the campsite but the company Fri-loue can bring them to the campsite. When renting an accommodation, will I be asked for a deposit ? Yes, a deposit of 300€ for the accommodation and one of 85€ for the cleaning (by credit card or bank check) will be asked at your arrival and returned at your departure, after an inventory of fixtures made with a person from the campsite on the day of your departure.
In the rentals, are sheets provided ? Sheets are not provided as well as towels. We rent them at the reception: 10€ per disposable linen kit for a single bed and 15€ for a double bed.

What is the opening period of the pool ? The pool is open from May 01 to September 29, 2024.
Is it allowed to wear swimming trunks ? No, only the wearing of swimming trunks is allowed. The wearing of the bracelet is obligatory in the campsite for the whole duration of the stay.
Do you have a children’s club ? Yes, we do have a children’s club where an animator will propose activities every day except Saturday. Different activities will be proposed to them; in the open air or in the shelter depending on the weather (under the supervision of the parents)
Do you propose animations all season long? We only propose animations in July and August.
What is the opening period of the grocery store ? The grocery store is open from July 1st to August 31st. You will find there the various products of first necessity: bread, pastries…
